Terms and Conditions

* Additional fees will apply on major holidays.

* Reservations require 5 days notice

* For outdoor proposals, please dress appropriately

* Deposit for services will be required and is non-refundable 

* Taxes are not included in offered packages 

* Cancellation Policy:  The client will be required to pay for any work described in the contract that has been completed to date.

* Liability:  Fairytale Events  will not be held responsible for any acts of nature or other forces beyond control that may affect the delivery and/or quality of the services

*  For liability reasons, our Coordinators cannot serve food or drinks to guests, bus tables, hang decorations that require a ladder or move anything that is heavy enough to require machinery.

* In the event of inclement weather, proposal will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not available due to travel plans, Fairytale Events will attempt to accommodate.
